A comprehensive 4-star hotel fit-out featuring 167 rooms and 13 luxury villas. ASAS handled everything from structural finishes to FF&E installation, including bespoke furniture for the banquet hall (300+ capacity), bridal suite, and spa facilities. The project required meticulous coordination to deliver elevated guest experiences while meeting operational needs for back-of-house areas.
